Ordering & Stock

Do you hold everything in the UK?

No. Some items are held in our UK warehouse, while others are shipped directly from the Snickers Central Warehouse in Poland and can take up to 8 working days. If you need an item by a specific date, please email us before ordering.

Are all items shown in stock?

Our website shows items available to order, but live stock levels are not displayed. Availability can change quickly. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date or suggest an alternative.

Why can’t I change my order after checkout?

Orders are processed automatically once checkout is completed, whatever the time of day. This means the order journey may already have started and changes are normally not possible. Please check sizes, colours, quantities and delivery details carefully before placing your order.

Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

You will receive a PDF receipt within 24 hours of ordering. This shows the shipping date and estimated delivery time, such as 2–3, 5–6 or 7–8 working days, including any remote location notes where applicable.

Why don’t you offer next day delivery?

Some items are shipped from outside the UK and cannot arrive within 24 hours.

UK next day delivery is also expensive and not always reliable, so we avoid charging customers for a service we cannot guarantee.

Can I get tracking information?

Yes. For 2–3 day deliveries, tracking is usually shown on your PDF receipt. For items shipped from the Snickers Central Warehouse, tracking is normally sent by email or text from Royal Mail or DPD shortly before delivery.

Account & Previous Orders

How can I view previous orders?

You need to be registered and logged in to view previous orders. Guest checkout does not create order history access. Registration is used for your account and order records, not for marketing emails.

Returns & Exchanges

Why don’t you offer free returns?

We offer discounted prices and subsidised delivery. Free returns often mean higher product prices. Customers are responsible for return postage, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 is usually a secure and affordable option.

How do I return an item?

Important Returns Condition

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition, with tags attached and packaged as you would expect to receive them if buying new. We cannot accept items that are creased, crumpled, used, dirty or poorly repackaged.

Do I pay to return an item?

Yes. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, similar to the travel and time costs involved when returning an item to a physical store.

Faulty Items

Can I send pictures of a faulty garment?

No. We need to physically inspect the garment to understand the fault properly and prevent future issues. Please return the garment to us and we will forward it to the manufacturer for assessment where required. CLICK HERE for our Potential Manufacturing Fault Assessment.
