Do you hold everything in the UK?

Not all items are stored in the UK. Some garments ship from our manufacturer’s warehouse in Poland, which may take up to 8 working days. If you need an item by a specific date, please email us to confirm the shipping location.

Are all items shown in stock?

Most items are in stock and if we are informed they are out of stock for some time then we will try to add a note to that product.However, availability can change quickly. If there’s a delay with the product you have ordered, we’ll contact you with an estimated delivery date or suggest an alternative.

Why can’t I change my order after checkout?

Orders are processed immediately whatever the time of day — especially from the manufacturer’s warehouse — At this point the journey has started for the item/s to be shipped and therefore no changes are able to be made. We do state at the checkout to check your order carefully as mistakes can not be rectified after. 

When will my order be delivered?

You’ll receive a PDF receipt within 24 hours of ordering. It includes shipping date, estimated delivery time (2–3, 5–6, or 7–8 working days), and remote location notes if applicable.

Why no next day delivery?
  1. Items outside the UK can’t arrive in 24 hours.
  2. UK next day delivery is costly and not always reliable. We avoid charging for a service we can’t guarantee.
Can I get tracking info?

Yes! For 2–3 day deliveries, tracking is on your PDF receipt. For items from Snickers’ warehouse, tracking is sent via email or text by Royal Mail or DPD 24 hours before your anticipated delivery.

How can I view previous orders?

You must be registered (not a guest). Registration gives you login access to your order history. No marketing emails—just your account.

Why no free returns?

We offer discounted prices and subsidised delivery. Free returns often mean higher product prices. Use Royal Mail Tracked 48hr for secure, affordable returns.

How do I return an item for exchange or refund?

Please return items in resaleable condition—tags attached, and as received. We cannot accept items that are creased or crumpled. Just package it as you’d like to receive it if buying new.

Can I send pictures of a faulty garment?

Sorry, no. We need to inspect the item to understand the fault and prevent future issues. Send the garment to us and we will forward it on to the manufacturer for assessment.

Do I pay to return an item?

Yes. Return costs are your responsibility — similar to travel and time costs when returning to a physical store.
