UPDATE – Snickers have informed us that recent containers have been held up by customs. They are clearing Today (25.02) so some deliveries that should be delivered this week will probably arrive over the weekend

LATEST  Snickers warehouse move is now complete and orders placed from Wednesday 17th onwards are now being processed oldest first. Deliveries are still taking up to 8 working days but they are doing there best to reduce this if possible.  The ongoing customs delays are still making things slower than they should be, but Covid shutdowns and loss of stitching times are now taking there toll on stocks. We are adding notes to products as and when we hear of issues with one of the biggest  being Knee Pads. 9118 out till April and 9191 very close to being the same. Again we will keep you updated as best we can through our site

£0.00 – £99 + VAT will be charged £5.75 + Vat
Orders over £99.00 + VAT will not be charged for delivery but the cost would be deducted if the order is returned for a Refund. Sadly we can not give free carriage on items that are just viewed and returned – This does not apply if the item is being exchanged

Channel Islands Shipping   This will be calculated once you are at the checkout where VAT will be removed

Trouser Multi Packs that include knee pads and belt will often be shipped separately with the pads and belt arriving first. This will be shown on the receipt as Parts A & B. This may also apply to any orders where items are being shipped from different Snickers warehouses. This is happening more during the pandemic as social distancing means less people can work in a close proximity so items are having to be stored in more units. Again these could be marked Part A B etc and could arrive at different times. However only one delivery charge, if applicable, would ever be paid

Shipping And Handling
In most cases goods will be delivered by DPD Couriers and will require a signature. Small parcels may be posted.
Carriage charges will cover two consecutive weekday attempts at the delivery address given when the order is placed.
Should a third attempt or a change of address be requested through us then further costs will be incurred. If the delivery is refused the cost of Return will be deducted from any Refund.

 Should you request that the goods be left without a signature or you change the delivery address through contacting DPD or using there App can take no responsibility if the package goes missing? By requesting any of these options you are accepting full responsibility for their safety as well as the contract with DPD Any problems with your delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours. We are unable to take responsibility for any delays that are out of our control like Customs or Weather etc. In these cases the order can not be stopped and if no longer required will need to be returned. If the order is delayed longer than 28 working  days we will cover the return cost (See T&Cs)

All sales will be in sterling and VAT will be charged at the current UK rate.
