Delivery Information

Please check delivery times before ordering, especially if your order is urgent.

We offer more than 12,000 combinations of product, colour and size, so not every item can be held in our UK warehouse.

Delivery Times

Items shipped from our UK warehouses are usually delivered within 2–3 working days.

Some orders are shipped directly from the Snickers Central Warehouse in Poland and can take up to 8 working days, provided there are no customs delays.

The date your order was processed and the expected delivery time will always be shown on your emailed receipt.

How We Ship Your Order

Fast-selling styles and sizes are usually dispatched from UK stock via Royal Mail Tracked. Other items may be shipped directly from the Snickers Central Warehouse in Poland using DPD or UPS.

Tracking details are usually sent around 48 hours before delivery.

As we ship from different warehouses, your order may arrive in more than one parcel. If this applies, it will be shown on your emailed receipt.

UK Mainland Delivery

  • Orders from £0.00 to £125.00 net: £5.99 + VAT
  • Orders over £125.01 net: Free delivery
  • Exchange re-delivery: £3.00 + VAT

Orders over £125.01 net are delivered free of charge. However, if the order is returned for a refund, or if the items being refunded bring the original order below the free delivery threshold, the standard delivery charge of £5.99 + VAT will be deducted from the refund.

Please Note

Free delivery applies to completed orders over the qualifying threshold. We cannot offer free carriage on items that are ordered, viewed and then returned for a refund.

Northern Ireland Delivery

  • BT postcodes: Non-refundable flat rate of £8.99 + VAT
  • Exchange re-delivery: £4.50 + VAT

If an item is returned for exchange, a subsidised re-delivery carriage charge will be required. An invoice or payment link will be emailed or sent by text.

Republic of Ireland Delivery

  • Republic of Ireland delivery: Non-refundable flat rate of £12.50
  • Exchange re-delivery: £6.25 net

SnickersUK.com will continue to ship to Southern Ireland after Brexit for the set price of £12.50.

Please enter your order online and change the country code to Republic of Ireland. If the country code is not changed correctly, your order will not be processed.

UK VAT will be removed where applicable. Couriers may contact you directly for Republic of Ireland VAT, duty or customs payments.

Channel Islands Delivery

Delivery to the Channel Islands is calculated at checkout once your full address has been entered. VAT will also be removed where applicable.

Remote Location Delivery

  • IV, IM, PO3, ZE & PA postcodes: Flat rate £12.00 + VAT
  • Exchange re-delivery: £6.00 + VAT

Shipping & Handling

In most cases, goods will be delivered by courier and will require proof of delivery. Small parcels may be posted.

We use either Royal Mail or DPD. Both deliver between 8:00am and 6:00pm. As drivers work to a route, we are unable to request a specific delivery time.

Please make sure there will be access for delivery between these hours.

Carriage charges cover up to two consecutive weekday delivery attempts at the delivery address provided when the order is placed.

If a third delivery attempt or a change of delivery address is requested, further costs may be incurred.

If delivery is refused, the cost of return will be deducted from any refund due.

Multiple Deliveries

As we ship from different warehouses, you may receive more than one delivery. If this applies, it will be shown at the bottom of your sales receipt.

Reporting Delivery Issues

Important Time Limits

Once your order has been delivered, you have 24 hours to inform us of any issues or discrepancies with your package.

After this time we may be unable to assist, so please check your order immediately.

Any delivery issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery time shown on the courier’s website.

Safe Place Deliveries

If you request that goods are left without proof of delivery, either through the courier app, by replying to the courier’s text or email, or by changing delivery settings, SnickersUK.com cannot accept responsibility if the package goes missing.

By requesting this, the customer accepts full responsibility for the safety of the parcel.

VAT and Currency

All sales are processed in pounds sterling and VAT will be charged at the current UK rate where applicable.

Mobile Contact Number

Supplying us with a mobile contact number can help both SnickersUK.com and the courier contact you quickly if any issues arise.

Back Orders & Stock Availability

Our website shows all items within the Snickers range that are available to order. Due to the volume of orders we receive and the different warehouses available to source items from, we are unable to show live stock levels.

If an item is expected to be out of stock for longer than 15 working days from the date of your order, we will contact you by phone, if a number has been supplied, or by email to advise you and offer other options.

If the delay is under 15 working days, we may place the item on back order and part ship any other available items from your order.
