Some items are shipped from our UK warehouse, while others are supplied directly from Snickers Central Warehouse.
The expected delivery time for each item will always be shown on your order receipt.
- UK warehouse items: 2–3 working days
- Central Warehouse items: Up to 8 working days (subject to customs clearance)
- Orders may arrive in more than one delivery.
- Tracking information is sent approximately 48 hours before delivery.

As we offer more than 12,000 combinations of products, colours and sizes, it is not possible for us to hold every item in our UK warehouse.
Many of our most popular products are stocked in the UK and are usually delivered within 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked.
Items shipped directly from Snickers Central Warehouse in Poland may take up to 8 working days to arrive (subject to customs clearance). These orders are delivered by UPS or DPD.
Because orders may be dispatched from different warehouses, you may receive more than one delivery. Any split shipments will be clearly detailed on your emailed receipt.
