How to Order from SnickersUK.com
Ordering online is quick and simple.
Please check your order carefully before completing checkout, as orders are automatically sent for picking once placed.
Step 1: Browse Our Store
Choose the products you would like to buy and add them to your basket.
You can browse by category, product type, colour, size or product range. When you have finished choosing your items, go to your basket and click Checkout.
Step 2: Enter Your Details
At checkout, you will be asked for the details we need to process your order.
Please include a daytime phone number.
This makes it much easier for us to contact you quickly if there is a problem with your order, stock availability or delivery.
Step 3: Check Your Order Carefully
Please check all sizes, colours, quantities, delivery details and contact information before placing your order.
Important: Orders Cannot Usually Be Changed
Once your order has been placed, it is automatically sent for picking whatever the time of day. This means it is usually not possible for us to make changes after checkout.
Stock Availability
Our website shows items that are available to order. However, due to the number of orders we receive and the different warehouses we use, we are unable to show live stock levels on every product.
If an item is expected to be unavailable for longer than 15 working days from the date of your order, we will contact you by phone, if a number has been supplied, or by email to explain the situation and offer available options.
If the delay is expected to be under 15 working days, we may place the item on back order and dispatch any other available items from your order separately.
Order Confirmation
When you receive an order confirmation, this means we have received your order. It does not mean that a contract exists between us.
Acceptance of your order, and the contract between us, takes place when we send your invoice.
This protects both us and our customers in cases where:
- A pricing error has been made
- Goods have been incorrectly priced
- A product is no longer available
- There is an issue with supply
If there is a price change, we will always contact you first to confirm whether the new price is acceptable.
VAT and Currency
All sales are processed in pounds sterling. VAT is charged at the current UK rate on all applicable UK orders.

Product images on our website are for reference only. Colours and finishes may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings and product updates.
We make every effort to keep our website accurate and up to date, but manufacturer specifications, designs and product details may change without notice.
