Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with SnickersUK.com.
Ordering From Us
To place an order, you must be aged 18 or over and based in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland.
When you place an order, you are offering to buy goods from us. A contract is only formed once we confirm acceptance of your order. Ownership of goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.
Please check your order carefully before completing checkout, including style, colour and size. Orders are processed quickly and cannot usually be changed once submitted.
Prices, Product Images & Availability
We make every effort to keep product information, prices and images accurate. However, prices, offers and availability may change without notice.
- Product images are for guidance only.
- Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
- Manufacturers may update specifications or designs without notice.
- Products may vary from description when old styles are being cleared before new are released
- VAT is charged where applicable.
Delivery Information
We aim to deliver most orders within 2–8 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Orders may be delivered in more than one parcel. Tracking details will be provided where available.

If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered after courier attempts, return charges may be deducted from any refund due.
Delivery Issues, Shortages or Damage
Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Any shortages, incorrect items, damaged parcels or delivery issues must be reported to us within 36 hours of delivery.
If you ask the courier to leave your parcel without proof of delivery, or you change the delivery address directly with the courier, this is done at your own risk.
Returns & Exchanges
Non-bespoke items may be returned for refund or exchange, provided they are suitable for immediate resale.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- Clean and free from marks, odours or pet hair.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
- Folded and packaged carefully.
- Accompanied by a copy of your invoice and clear return instructions.
- Original Carriage/Postage charges will not be refunded. Orders that have receieved free delivery and are returned for a refund will have the original carriage charge for the area it was sent deducted from any refund. We are unable to carry the cost of delivering items just for viewing.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges may be accepted within 28 days of receipt.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise. Original delivery charges are not refunded where an order is returned for refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or cancelled:
- Bespoke or made-to-order items.
- Items specially altered, embroidered or personalised.
- Opened underwear or first-layer garments for hygiene reasons.
- Products marked as discontinued or non-returnable.
Bespoke Snickers Workwear items may take approximately 8-12 weeks.
Manufacturing Faults
If you believe an item has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us before returning it.
Returned garments must be clean and washed before inspection for health and safety reasons.
- If a manufacturing fault is confirmed within 30 days, a refund or replacement may be offered.
- After 30 days, the item may be repaired or replaced following manufacturer assessment.
- Wear and tear, misuse or damage caused through incorrect use is not covered.
- Zips, buttons and fasteners may be repaired rather than replaced.
Manufacturing fault decisions may be subject to manufacturer assessment and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

From time to time we may send promotional emails. These will only be sent if you subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly.
General Information
We recommend keeping a copy of these Terms & Conditions for your records.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, customs delays, adverse weather or other unavoidable circumstances.
