The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully These terms and conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Purchasing from us
To purchase from us you must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom or Southern Ireland Currently, we can only ship to the United Kingdom and Southern Ireland. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers ). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our systems by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order, this is not the confirmation provided automatically via the site, and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
Prices are checked regularly but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability, errors and omissions excepted and subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT is charged on all items (including carriage) at a rate of 20% unless a product is VAT exempt e.g. safety boots. Prices shown excluding VAT are only a guide and no accuracy is intended.
Please be aware that your order is automatically sent for picking as soon as you checkout whatever the time of day. Therefore it’s impossible for us to make any changes or to cancel from that point so please double check you have ordered the correct Style, Colour & Size. If you have ordered the wrong item, size or colour the cost to return will be yours. so, again, check your order before finalising checkout
We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours Monday – Friday.
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us (2-8 working Days) excluding weekends, bank holidays and any other ongoing delays posted on our website, however, we cannot give an exact delivery date. All goods that are sent by couriers can have unforeseen and unavoidable delays . If your goods are stuck in transit on there journey to you for reasons beyond our control (Like customs etc) we will still be unable to stop the delivery, We pay for 2 attempted courier deliveries a third attempt would be charged. Our couriers will always attempt delivery to your neighbours if no one is available at the address given, therefore If we have not delivered the goods within 28 days of the order being placed then you may cancel the contract and request a Refund and the goods can be returned at our cost. This excludes special order items where a longer lead time has been quoted. If a mobile number is supplied then the courier will text you on the day of delivery. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments . Any items that are out of stock will be placed on back order and notified on your receipt. . SnickersUK.com will request all goods are left with a signature or photo for POD. If a parcel is refused or unable to be delivered after 3 attempts charges incurred for the return will be deducted from any refund due. We can only open a courier dispute or track a delivery within 10 days of the anticipated delivery date shown on your receipt. Any delivery that is refused will have the return cost incurred by us deducted from any refund
Should you request that the goods be left without a signature or you change the delivery address through contacting DPD or using there App SnickersUK.com can take no responsibility if the package goes missing? By requesting any of these options you are accepting full responsibility for their safety as well as the contract with DPD Any problems with your delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours. We are unable to take responsibility for any delays that are out of our control like Customs or Weather etc. In these cases the order can not be stopped and if no longer required will need to be returned. If the order is delayed longer than 28 working days we will cover the return cost
Once you have received your order you have 48hrs to inform us of any issues so please check that all garments are correct and that the quality and fit is as required
UK mainland orders under £100 nett normally incur a £5.75 + VAT delivery charge, over this delivery is Free subject to the goods not being returned for Refund. In this instance the original cost of delivery will be removed from the total amount refunded. We do not offer Free delivery for goods just being viewed then returned. All ROI orders are delivered at a flat rate of £9.99,
Some items are available to order in bespoke sizes and/or colours and these items are non-returnable and any orders for bespoke items cannot be cancelled. Bespoke items from Snickers Workwear are specially made for you and may take between 4-10 weeks.
Any items that have been specifically altered to your requirements e.g. personalising with embroidery by Snickers or your own tailor/printer are bespoke items and are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled.
Non-bespoke items are returnable for exchange if the size is incorrect or where permission has been given, we do reserve the right to refuse to exchange or return. Please read our RETURNS procedure as this must be adhered to a £6.90 carriage charge is applied to all returns. We can only except a garment back that is fit for immediate re-sale and has the original tags still attached. This includes not being creased or screwed up and being clean ie no pet hairs etc and with all tags attached. Failure to adhere to any of this will result in the garment being returned with no exchange or refund
Unfortunately, any underwear/first layer items are not returnable if opened for hygiene reasons and none other.
Items shown online and on the receipt as “Discontinued/Non Returnable” can not be returned

Please enclose a copy of the original invoice with clear instructions as to what you need i.e. replacement, different size or colour or credit, with your best contact details.
We will exchange items that are returned in a resalable condition within 28 days of receipt and refund those returned within 14 days – All returns are at your cost and the original carriage will not be refunded
Orders over £125.00 (net) will not be charged for delivery but the cost would be deducted if the order is returned for a Refund. Sadly we can not give free carriage on items that are just viewed and returned – This does not apply if the item is being exchanged
Damaged or defective goods
We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. This does not include wear and tear or inappropriate use of products. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If the goods arrive damaged and we are notified within 24hrs we will refund the cost of return provided this is reasonable. If the goods develop a fault that proves to be a manufacturing fault we will at our option repair or replace the goods. If the garment is under 6 weeks old an exchange or refund can be requested. If over 6 weeks then the garment can only be exchanged In this case cost of return will be down to the customer. Please note that the garments must be washed before return for Health and Safety reasons
All deliveries must be checked when received and any shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Other information you need to be aware of:
A copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order may not be kept by us and so we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel this contract for no reason at all and without penalty. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Shipping will not be refunded and where shipping was free on a delivery a charge will be made because shipping is included in the original price.
