Please include your order number, reason for return, return method, and whether you require an exchange or refund.
Before You Return an Item
Please check that the item was purchased from SnickersUK.com. Our order numbers usually start with SUK.
We occasionally receive parcels intended for other retailers, so including your paperwork and order details helps us process your return quickly and accurately.

What to Include in Your Parcel
- Your name
- Your return address
- Your original SUK order number
- A daytime contact telephone number
- Whether you require an exchange or refund
- Details of the replacement item or size required (if exchanging)
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in a condition suitable for immediate resale.
- All tags must remain attached.
- Original packaging should be included where supplied.
- Items must be unworn and unused.
- Items must be clean and free from dirt, odours or pet hair.
- Items should be folded and repackaged appropriately.
If an item is returned in a condition that cannot be resold, we reserve the right to return it without issuing an exchange or refund.

Contact our team before returning your item and we’ll be happy to advise on sizing, fit and alternative products. A quick conversation can often save time and avoid unnecessary exchanges.
Exchanges
If you require an exchange, the item must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
If the replacement item costs more, we will contact you to arrange payment. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.
Exchange Delivery Charges
- UK Mainland: £3.00 + VAT
- Northern Ireland: £4.50 + VAT
- Republic of Ireland & Remote Locations: Flat rate £7.00
Remote locations include IV, IM, PO3 and ZE postcode areas.
Refunds
If you require a refund, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
If your order originally qualified for free delivery and the refund reduces the order value below £125.00 + VAT, our standard delivery charge of £5.99 + VAT will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded:
- Embroidered garments
- Printed garments
- Altered or tailored garments
- Bespoke or special-order products
- Any item customised specifically to customer requirements

When booking a return with your chosen courier, please include either our email address or mobile number within the tracking information where possible.
