All Snickers Workwear and Hultafors products are manufactured to exceptionally high standards and designed for professional use. In the unlikely event that you believe your garment has developed a manufacturing fault, we’re here to help.

Understanding the Warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty covers faults caused by defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage resulting from everyday use.

Because workwear is used in a wide range of environments, it is not possible to apply a fixed warranty period to every garment. Factors that can affect garment lifespan include:

• Frequency of use

• Working conditions

• Fabric type and garment construction

• Level of wear and tear

For this reason, every warranty claim is assessed individually based on the age, condition, and overall wear of the garment.

What Is Considered a Manufacturing Fault?

Examples may include:

• Faulty stitching or seam failure

• Material defects

• Faulty components present from manufacture

• Defects that occur during the early life of the garment

A genuine manufacturing fault will usually become apparent relatively early in the garment’s life.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe an item purchased from SnickersUK.com has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us before returning the garment.

Please email returns@snickersuk.com and include:

• Your order number (starting with SUK)

• The garment style number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the fault

Our team will review the information and advise you on the next steps.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and manufacturer approval. Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, the item may be repaired, replaced, or otherwise resolved in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy and your statutory consumer rights.
